1990’s - Bruce embarks on his own restaurant concept by the name of Delight’s that serves up custom made-to-order ice cream, yogurt, and smoothies.
1999 - While in the kitchen at Delight’s one day, Bruce starts fiddling around (he’s always fiddling) with some pizza crust, sauces, and toppings and stumbles across a rather novel way to make individual pizzas.

2007 - University of Wisconsin Miz Za’s opens - go Badgers! Bruce also adds the popular pick-two. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out.
